Ashley Benson Models Designer Clothes For Ocean Drive
The gorgeous actress, Ashley Benson, took part in a photoshoot for Ocean Drive magazine and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Not only did the recently turned brunette icon speak about working on Pretty Little Liars, her character, what life is like for her now that she’s famous, unrealistic beauty ideals and a death rumour, but she also wore designer fashion pieces in every photo from the set and we have the lowdown on what she’s wearing!
“I saw photos from a shoot of myself just the other day and thought, What the hell? That doesn’t even look like me! I was so disappointed,” she says. “I hate to think that girls are like, ‘She’s so skinny! Her skin is so perfect!’ I have pimples just like they do.” To prove it, the outspoken actress posted a photo of herself with dots of zit cream on her face on Instagram. Why? “Because I wanted to show people I’m not perfect—no one is.”
You can read the full interview with Ashley over at Ocean Drive, which is really insightful and interesting. She even mentioned (like in the quote above) what it’s like to be so photoshoped that she doesn’t even recognise herself and how damaging that can be to the mental health of others. It’s a subject she touches quite a lot on. But for those of you who are just interested in what she’s wearing, Fashion Runway Blog has you covered! So, for the gorgeous green look above, Ashley was wearing a green leopard print jacket and striped bodycon dress, both from Lanvin (similar here and here) but you can find out her other pieces under each photo below.
For this beautiful photo, they used a Mulberry scarf as a turban around Ashley’s hair. You can shop similar Mulberry scarves online at their website here.
Valentino is one of my favourites and this stunning embroidered dress is by the fashion house itself. Isn’t it just perfect? Buy Valentino dresses here.
Finally, for the last shot in this editorial, Ashley wore a gorgeous dress from Salvatore Ferragamo. Doesn’t she look stunning? Buy similar dresses here.
